Website, course, Full Access, account, and Member Hub terms
These Terms govern your use of zerotoaiartist.com, the Zero to AI Artist course, free and paid accounts, and the member Member Hub. Zero to AI Artist is operated by Cyril Nima Creative. By creating an account, accessing content, purchasing Full Access, or using the Member Hub, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Zero to AI Artist
Zero to AI Artist is a self-paced digital course and member Member Hub that teaches a connected workflow for creating AI-assisted images, video, music, voice, speech, audio, and complete content from scratch.
The main course currently contains eight connected core episodes and approximately eight hours of practical training. It is taught mainly in Lebanese Arabic, with English used naturally throughout, and includes Arabic-and-English and fully English subtitle options.
Zero to AI Artist is not an accredited school, university, professional licensing body, or certification program. No certificate of completion is currently provided.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase Full Access, or use the Member Hub. The service is not directed to children.
You must provide accurate information and use the service only where access and payment are lawful. You are responsible for complying with laws and third-party terms that apply in your location.
3. Free Account and Episode One
A free account gives access to the complete first episode and may display the titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and durations of locked course episodes. No credit card is required, and the free account does not begin a trial, subscription, or recurring charge.
We may change or discontinue free content or free-account features. This does not affect paid access already purchased under these Terms.
4. Full Access
Full Access is currently sold through one one-time payment with no recurring course membership fee. The current price is displayed and charged in US dollars at checkout.
Full Access includes:
Immediate access to the complete eight-episode core course available at the time of purchase;
Approximately eight hours of practical training;
Arabic-and-English and fully English subtitle options;
Future episodes added to the same Zero to AI Artist course;
The current members-only Member Hub and its course-related features;
Course progress and completion tracking; and
Resources made available through the course or Member Hub, which may include prompts, examples, links, references, and occasional templates.
Full Access does not include subscriptions, credits, licences, or fees charged by third-party AI platforms. Those services are purchased separately.
5. Ongoing Access and Product Lifetime
There is no completion deadline. Full Access remains available for the lifetime of the Zero to AI Artist product, subject to these Terms and your account remaining in good standing.
“Ongoing access” means access without a fixed monthly or annual expiry while Zero to AI Artist continues to operate the product. It does not guarantee that the website, Member Hub, every feature, or any specific technology will operate forever.
We may update, replace, reorganize, or remove course material when technology changes or when an updated version is more useful. Updates may appear as revised or new episodes, announcements, or resources. Future episodes added to this same course remain included with Full Access.
6. Payments, Taxes, and Receipts
Payments are completed through Stripe. Stripe displays the payment methods available for your location and acts as the payment processor.
Applicable taxes are calculated and added during checkout based on the information and location provided. Stripe or its related entities may collect, remit, and document applicable transaction taxes where supported.
Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange-rate differences, foreign transaction fees, or other charges that we do not control. Receipts and purchase information are available through the account and/or the payment confirmation sent after purchase.
Coupons and Promotion Codes are disabled at launch. Payment plans, instalments, gifting, and alternative payment options are not available unless expressly shown on the website.
7. Immediate Digital Access and Refunds
Full Access is normally activated immediately after successful payment. By completing the purchase, you request immediate access to the digital course.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final after Full Access is activated. We review duplicate charges, billing mistakes, and exceptional access issues individually. A review does not guarantee a refund.
When an exceptional refund is approved, processing normally takes approximately 5–7 business days, although the final timing depends on Stripe, the bank, and the payment method.
A full refund removes Full Access and Full-only Member Hub access. The account may remain available as a free account with Episode One and the Free Member Hub access described in these Terms. During an active chargeback or payment dispute, Full Access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
Third-party fees, taxes, and currency-conversion differences may be non-refundable except where the payment provider or applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Passwordless Account and Security
Zero to AI Artist uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email address and use the six-digit code sent to you. A code is valid for 60 minutes, and another code may be requested after 60 seconds.
You are responsible for protecting your email account, sign-in codes, active sessions, and devices. Never share a sign-in code with another person. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may change your verified account email by verifying the new email address. We alert the previous email address after the change. Your chosen user handle is permanent, so choose it carefully. Account Settings may be used to end active sessions on all devices.
9. Personal Licence and Device Use
Full Access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may not be shared or resold. You may remain signed in on multiple personal devices.
You may watch on desktop, tablet, or mobile. A computer is strongly recommended for following the workflow. A stable internet connection and an up-to-date modern browser are required. Course videos are streamed and are not available for offline download. Casting may work when supported by your device, browser, and television.
You may not share access, sign-in codes, or account sessions; circumvent security or streaming limits; scrape or bulk-download the service; resell access; or use one personal account for multiple people or a team.
10. Third-Party AI Platforms and Costs
The course teaches workflows that use third-party AI platforms. Their subscriptions, credits, and other costs are separate from the course price. Estimates shown on the website or in the course are informational and may change based on the provider, plan, country, currency, and tools you choose.
Third-party providers control their pricing, availability, features, output rules, commercial-use terms, privacy practices, and geographic restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms that apply to your account and creations.
We do not guarantee that a third-party platform will be available in every country or remain available in the same form. Contact support if an important platform is unexpectedly unavailable so we can consider an alternative or review the situation as an exceptional access issue.
You must not use technical measures, including location-masking tools, in a way that violates local law or a third-party provider’s terms.
11. Member Hub Access and Support
The protected Member Hub is available to completed Free and Full Access members. Free members may read Announcements published to All members. Questions, Resources, Full-only Announcements, posting, comments, replies, reactions, and uploads require Full Access. Questions, Announcements, and Resources are the permanent system sections; administrators may create and manage ordinary custom sections. Announcements and Resources are posted by authorized administrators.
Members may ask questions, reply, share work, request feedback, view announcements, and access resources. Other members and administrators may respond, but no particular response, response time, personal coaching, or individual project review is guaranteed.
Private messaging is not included. Member Hub profiles, posts, and replies are restricted to eligible members and are not intended for public search indexing.
We usually respond to support requests within 3–5 business days, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed service level.
12. Member Hub Attachments
A Member Hub post may include at most one JPEG, PNG, or WebP image up to 20 MB, one MP4, MOV, or WebM video up to 50 MB, and one MP3, M4A, AAC, or WAV audio file up to 25 MB. PDFs, Office files, archives, and other documents must be shared using HTTPS links until a malware-scanning integration is approved.
Comments and replies may include at most one approved image up to 20 MB in addition to text and emoji. File types, limits, and availability may change for security, performance, or technical reasons.
13. Your Content and Creations
Zero to AI Artist does not claim ownership of the original work or content you create. Your rights may also depend on the terms of the third-party tools you use and applicable law.
You retain ownership of original content you upload to the Member Hub. By uploading it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, format, transmit, back up, and moderate it as necessary to operate the Member Hub.
We will not feature your Member Hub work publicly without asking for permission first. Any public use and credit will be agreed with you.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content and that it does not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights.
14. Course Content and Intellectual Property
The website, course videos, audio, subtitles, transcripts, graphics, branding, written material, prompts, examples, templates, resources, and course arrangement are owned by or licensed to Cyril Nima Creative and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may use the skills, ideas, and workflows you learn to create personal or commercial work, subject to applicable law and third-party terms. You may not copy, record, distribute, resell, publish, share, sublicense, or create a competing product from the course materials themselves.
15. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website, course, or Member Hub to:
Harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or impersonate another person;
Post unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or seriously harmful content;
Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, contractual, or publicity rights;
Distribute malware, phishing links, scams, spam, or unauthorized promotions;
Share pirated materials or facilitate unauthorized access to paid content;
Manipulate reports, evade moderation, or disrupt the service;
Scrape member data or use Member Hub content to train a model or build a dataset without permission; or
Use the service in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
16. Suspension and Termination
Repeated or serious violations may lead to content removal, warnings, posting restrictions, Member Hub suspension, removal from the Member Hub, or termination of Full Access. Serious conduct may result in immediate action without prior warning.
Where appropriate, we may restrict Member Hub access while leaving course access available. Account sharing, piracy, payment fraud, security abuse, or other material violations may result in suspension or termination of the complete account.
Account suspension or termination for a violation does not automatically create a refund right, subject to mandatory law.
17. Account and Content Deletion
You may edit or delete your own Member Hub posts and comments using available controls. When a post is deleted, it and its replies disappear from the Member Hub. Deleted revision bodies and attachment files are retained for 90 days, except while an active moderation, legal, or security hold applies.
You may permanently delete your account through Account Settings. A deleted account cannot be restored. Direct identifiers are removed promptly, while existing Member Hub contributions may remain under “Deleted Member” in de-identified form when reasonably necessary to preserve useful discussions. A minimum opaque account tombstone is retained for 24 months, and purchase, payment, tax, dispute, security, moderation, consent, and legal records follow the approved retention periods or an active documented hold.
Deleting an account ends access to Full Access and does not automatically create a refund right.
18. Educational and Results Disclaimer
Zero to AI Artist provides educational information and a creative workflow. We do not guarantee that you will make money, find clients, build an audience, obtain employment, achieve a particular creative result, complete the course, or benefit from the course in a specific way.
Results depend on your effort, practice, decisions, skill, tools, budget, market conditions, third-party services, and other factors outside our control. Examples shown in the course are illustrations, not promises of typical or guaranteed results.
The course does not provide individualized legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating how laws, licences, disclosure rules, and third-party terms apply to your work.
19. Availability and Disclaimers
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. Maintenance, security issues, internet failures, payment reviews, email-delivery problems, hosting issues, or third-party outages may temporarily affect the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, course, Member Hub, resources, and support are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyril Nima Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost income, profits, opportunities, data, clients, reputation, or business interruption arising from the service, third-party platforms, or your creations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a Full Access purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
21. Privacy and Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.
Essential emails may include sign-in codes, purchase information, and security or account notices. Announcement/resource and reply/mention emails remain user-controlled in Settings. Marketing consent is separate and may be withdrawn through Settings or an unsubscribe link.
22. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may update the course, Member Hub, features, policies, and these Terms to reflect product changes, security needs, legal requirements, or clearer wording. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
Material changes affecting existing paid access will be communicated through the website, account, or email where appropriate. The version accepted at purchase generally governs that purchase, subject to changes required by law or needed for ongoing security and Member Hub operation.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights that apply under the laws of your place of residence.
Before beginning a formal dispute, please contact us so we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it.
24. General Terms
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms. We may transfer the service as part of a legitimate business reorganization, sale, or succession, subject to applicable law.
